Rosa, our receptionist and the author of iPhooey, took delivery of my Viliv X70. Once I pry it from her hands, I’ll unbox the X70 and try to install XP’s Tablet PC edition over the XP Home edition it came with. I’ll then post how that went.
I have asked a few people about how to get the extra XP Tablet files into regular XP but no one has replied.
Perhaps you can let me (and probably others) know what it takes to do this without a complete install? What files, technique, etc.
PS: Missed my delivery, now I got to travel a long way to get it from the Fed-Ex depot this evening (AZ time)
Steve, I’m not sure if it can be done or how it is done but I will look into it and follow up here if I can figure it out.
Good luck at the FedX depot. You will like the X70!

AL-IL, thanks, especially for the links to the WinMatrix site. Your links led me to other links. Need to research this further. I’ll then report back.
